Return & Refunds

Returns

Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since you've received the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We'll refund your order with no questions asked, if you're able to send back the product with packaging back to us, unused, sealed and without any damage, within 3 days from delivery.

If the received item has been opened/used, the refund would be approved post checks at our end.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. In case of COD, we'll issue a refund by NEFT/IMPS/UPI.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellations

For Cancellations please contact us within 12 hours of placing the orders online.

Requests received after dispatch details and tracking code sharing will not be cancelled.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@twinkletwilight.com.

Shipping

For a product return, it needs to be shipped to:

While we'd attempt to arrange for return shipment pickup through our partners, upon intimation of a return-related request from you within 3 days, if they don't provide the return pickup facility in your area, you'd be responsible for sending the return shipment, within a maximum of 10 days from the date you received the product.

 

You'd be responsible for paying for any shipping costs irrespective of whether it's arranged by our partners or you. Shipping costs are non-refundable for both forward and return shipping.
